"Here are the pots and utensils that we're going to need to make this dish. And we're going to start off with a small sauce pot. We're actually going to use this sauce pot twice, because we're going to make vegetable stock twice. We're going to make it first for our rice, and then later on for our chicken. So we'll go ahead and toast our rice right here, add our vegetable stock, put this lid on, bring it to a boil, reduce it and let it simmer for about 15 minutes, until all the liquids evaporated. Then right before that happens, we're going to de-stem our spinach add that, chop our tomatoes and our feta and mix it all up together. We're going to be using a saute pan or a frying pan. We're going to actually start our chicken in here, but then finish it in the oven. We're going to saute, add our other ingredients, and then when it comes to a little bit of a simmer, we're going to transfer it to this casserole dish and finish it in the oven, and it will become nice and bubbly and the feta should melt. We're going to use this pan right here to roast our vegetables, we're going to be using this extra plate to put flour in, so we can mix our chicken up. We're going to be using a knife, we'll be using this spatula for our vegetables, a spoon, some measuring spoons, measuring cups, a cutting board, and because we're using chicken, a plastic glove."
