"Today we're going to make a chicken dish. We're going to make a Russian chicken dish, Chicken Gorky. And what we're going to do is, we're going to salt and pepper our chicken, and we're going to put it in flour, and then we're going to saut? it with some onions and garlic. And later, we're going to be adding some tomato paste, some feta, some sour cream and some vodka. And once we have that sauce all mixed up, then we're going to put it in a casserole dish and finish baking it in that. We're also going to be making some vegetables. We're going to be taking some mushrooms and some red peppers, and we're going to be roasting those. We're going to be mixing together eight different spices for that. We're going to be mixing some basil, some brown sugar, some garlic powder, some salt, pepper, cyan, chili powder and paprika. We're going to all those on with a little bit of oil and put those in the oven. And we're going to finish our meal with some spinach feta rice. So we're actually going to be using feta in two different things, and we're going to add some tomatoes to that rice as well."
