"Hi. This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I?m going to show you how to make wasabi mashed potatoes. I have about four cloves of garlic, a little one, four and a half. I'm just going to take them out of the shell and pop them into that same water with the potatoes boiling. Alright, just if you give it a punch with the back of the knife, it'll come right out of it's shell; we're not chopping these. These will mash nice. They're boiled in the water along with the potatoes and when we mash them up, they'll be mashed along with the potatoes. So I'm just going to do all of four or five cloves. Alright, we're just going to take our garlic and put it right in with the boiling water and the potatoes. Later on, we'll mash all of them together. Alright, so that's it. Come back, and we're going to start showing you what to do to put together this beautiful wasabi potatoes here on Expert Village."
