"Hi, this is Richard Buccola of New York City and on behalf of Expert Village, today I am going to show you how to make some mashed potatoes. So I am back and let me just put my milk away. I put all of my ingredients into my mashed potato pot here. Now if you have a masher, you could actually just mash this all together. I like to use a mixer. If you don't have a mixer, just use a masher. Very cheap in the super market. So again, you are just going to put it on one and just start coming in, just start working the potatoes and this is smells so delicious, just potatoes. You are going to start whipping this up and once it starts to breaking down, you are going to increase the speed. But right now we are just trying to get a basic breakdown of the potatoes. When I come back, I will show you them as they are just about whipped up and ready to be done. "
