"Hi, this is Richard Buccola of New York City and on behalf of Expert Village, today I am going to show you how to make some mashed potatoes. Okay so we are back. Just come over here and I am going to show you how our potatoes have been boiling for about 15 minutes, 10 to 15 minutes. I didn't really time them because what I will do is try and stick a fork and if you can't pick the potatoes up, you know they are not done. But since I can pick any of the potatoes up, that one sort of fell off, that means they are done. Just turn your flame off, be careful, put your mix on so that you don't burn yourself, get your trusty colander the one that I always forget to mention when we are doing hardware. We will put that one right there and take your water and be very careful and just spill out very slowly into your colander. You see your potatoes go right there. What is great is that we are going to put the potatoes right back into the pot and mix everything in that pot. So here's our potatoes, just give them a good drain. Once they are drained, just add them back to this pot. That's it and when I come back, we will add our ingredients and start whipping them up. Mashed potatoes on Expert Village. "
