Cookware & Supplies for Mashed Potatoes Recipe

"Hi, this is Richard Buccola of New York City and on behalf of Expert Village, today I am going to show you how to make some mashed potatoes. Alright we are back. Some of the hardware that you are going to need first and foremost, is a cutting board. I love these cutting boards because you can cut right here on your table, anywhere. They are easy, they are cheap and they are pretty durable. But what is great is after you cut your stuff, you can pick it up and go and put it somewhere else which is nice. You are going to need a nice sharp knife. You are also going to need a potato peeler. You are going to use your mixer or masher. I like the mixer because it whips air into them and gets them nice and creamy. And you are going to need a couple of bowls and also you are going to need a big pot of water which I have already started boiling my water which I added some salt to. That's it and when I come back, we are going to start peeling the potatoes. "
