"Hi, this is Matt on behalf of Expert Village and today I'm going to show you how to make arroz con pollo, Spanish chicken and rice. So we have our sofrito and it's done, we're not going to use all this for our arroz con pollo, we need to save some of this, we need to store it away, so what we are going to do, let me take some first, I'm going take some for our arroz con pollo, we're not going to need a lot, a couple of tablespoons like so and put this aside, we're going to use this for our dish. Now we're going to need to store the rest of this. You can do this the conventional way, obviously put it in some Tupperware and then cover it and put it in the freezer. Now your probably wondering why this moran over here has an ice cube tray, well this is pretty cool actually, what you can do is you can actually store it in ice cube trays like so, and freeze it, so it will freeze up so whenever you're ready to make a dish just pop one out like you would and ice cube and drop it in your dish and it will cook up like anything else, and I think this is a really cool way so this way you don't use to much, you can just use one sofrito cube if you want to call it that and then just put the rest back in the freezer. Remember you can store this in the refrigerator for up to a month you can store this in the freezer for up to four months which is really cool, so just like if you're bored one day just make a nice big batch of it and just store it away so whenever you want to make a meal and you want some nice Spanish seasoning you got it. So, anyway I'm going to finish this up and I'm making a mess as usual, I'm going to finish this up and I will see you on the next step."
