"CHEF BLONDIE: Now we need a little piece of red bell pepper and I've got roasted red bell pepper here and you can get these in a jar, just as good as if you make them yourself. And again, small, little pieces, we want a nice bit of red bell pepper for both color and flavor. And we're going to just put a little bit more in, 'cause we've got a lot of herbs, about half that right there. Cut very thinly. If you can see, these peppers are so delicate they're almost falling apart and they've got that great smoky flavor from being roasted over an open fire. And in they go. Now I'm going to give it a quick little dash of lemon and squeeze that there. This will brighten up the flavor and its one small lemon that I'm using. And there, as I'm squeezing it in my hand with my hand over it, so I don't get any pits into this bowl. Let's give that a little bit of a stir. So you can try to get the idea of what we're going for."
