CHEF BLONDIE: Well we're on to that bread pudding that I talked about. Now Don sort of described as something he grew up with. The expression on his face when he took a taste was priceless and the only sound he could make was ooohhhh...so you know this is a good bread pudding and it is so easy. We're going start out with Hawaiian sweet buns. Now these are dinner rolls, they come in a packet. You'll notice I'm using three across and three down for a total of nine rolls still keeping them all together because they're going to go into an eight by eight inch Pyrex baking dish. The first thing I want to do is slice these diagonally up the center. And these are a day old. We want them to be just a tiny bit on the stale side. We're going to open that up just like a book. Next we want to take a little bit of butter. This is softened butter, room temperature. We're slightly putting this across. Don't worry if it's even. If you're dotting it in spots, you can use your fingers just so that there's a little bit on each one of these individual segments 'cause you know you can never have too much butter and too much sugar, too much cream or too much eggs. I'm adding a little more. Good and we're done.
