"So we are going to move on to the garlic. We got a little piece of ginger here I just peeled it and a shallot. So we want to get the skin off the shallot and just chop that in half and you should be able to easily peel off this outer tough skin. On this side there is another piece of skin we want to peel that off. Now you can take a whole lot of time and chop the garlic and chop the ginger but I say let's grade it. This is just a microplane that you can buy at a hardware store. You can spend about $10 more and you can buy it Sur La Table but I say why don't go to the hardware store and save a little bit of money and save that $10 for a little bit more ingredients. Okay underneath here you can see all of our ginger it is moving it. Okay this is pretty powerful stuff so that is all about the ginger that we need. This is the fun part isn't that cool. I'm just going to run my knife through it, add a little bit of garlic in and we are going to do one more, run my knife through it and in it goes."
