"Hi! I'm Richard Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I am going to show you how to make some Shepherds Pie. Okay so we are back and you might want to know about storing it. What I do because it is already in a casserole dish, I just take my tin foil like so and you don't need to do anything. This way you keep the potatoes nice and you keep everything nice the way it is and you just wrap it with some tin foil like so and it will stay in your refrigerator for about 3 to 4 days. It is good for leftovers and that's it. When I come back, we will talk a little bit about costs and how much it is to prepare. A very cheap and inexpensive meal. Like I said it is a potluck meal so it is very easy to make and you basically use stuff you have leftover. What I'll do is tend to make things that I know that I could use for this and make it once in a while when I want to. There are other dishes that I always do when I buy something like chicken or whatever. I know I could make chicken salad. So again if I know I buy something like mashed potatoes and I know I have leftovers, I know I need to buy some chopped meat and I have everything else and I can make a nice Shepherds Pie for everybody. When I come back, I will talk about cost. "
