"Hi! I'm Richard Buccola here in New York City and today here on behalf of Expert Village, I am going to show you how to make Shepherds Pie. It's been about 15 more minutes since I took the tin foil off. You are going to see just how beautiful these are going to look. Oh, look at this. We are back and its been about 15 minutes since I took the tin foil off the Shepherds Pie. Let's take a look. It should be nice and brown. Let's take it out. Make sure you wear mitts. This is very hot. Look at how beautiful. Is that not beautiful Shepherds Pie. Look at how nice and brown the tops are. That's what you want. Let them sit on your oven to cool. What you are going to do then is just cut a nice pie size portion for your guest, put it on a plate and let it cool for about 10 minutes folks. But that is the way you want it to look folks. You've got your potatoes, you've got your meat sauce on there with veggies and stuff. It is delicious and look how nice that is. Come on, I'm really proud of myself. I think that came out nice. With that said, I want to thank Rory Daily for giving me his little tricks and his little secrets for his Shepherds Pie we are going to try and Rory Daily is a good friend of mine. He is a bartender at Gilbey's here in Story Queens. "
