"Hi! I'm Richard Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I am going to show you how to make some Shepherds Pie. Alright so I'm back and we are just going to take some tin foil and put it over the top of our casserole, Shepherds Pie. The reason you do this is you want it to cook nice and evenly. So about after 20 to 25 minutes, you are going to remove the top and then cook it until it browns. That is usually about another 10 minutes; 15 tops. So that's it. Wrap it in tin foil and 350 I have my oven at. You might have to play around your oven but 350 to 375 is good. Put them in the center, close your oven. Remember 20 to 25 minutes you are going to take that tin foil off. You are going to cook it for another 10 to 15 minutes."
