"Hi this is Rich Buccola here in NYC and on behalf of Expert Village today we're going to show you some great comfort food and making meatloaf. You might want to just give it a cut just to make sure that it is cooked so you just give it a little slice. You see it cooked it should be not red on the inside if it's red on the inside you didn't cook it enough. This is to brown it's been cooked for about an hour depending on your oven it might go less 45 minutes so you can test it by if you want I cooked it so many times I just basically know if, you don't want to over cook it cause it will get dry. But for 2 lbs your looking at 45 minutes to an hour so just keep it in that range. I'm just going to give it a little taste because it taste I mean it just smells so good Gracie is jumping on my leg right now it's very very hot but I have to try it. Just to let you know comfort food that is so good comfort food here on Expert Village it's meatloaf and my name is Rich Buccola and on behalf of Expert Village thanks for watching."
