"Hi this is Rich Buccola here in NYC and on behalf of Expert Village today we're going to show you some great comfort food and making meatloaf. Continuing with our ingredients we so far have our egg in there our salt and pepper our seasoning salt. Your then going to put breadcrumbs now my mother use to take soggy bread and put it in there. You know just a loaf of bread that's going bad you can do that I don't like it your going to find your going to do things that you like and don't. So I'm changing the recipe and basically I like the breadcrumbs it's Italian style breadcrumbs it's probably about a cup but basically I eyeball it by just putting enough to really get on top of the whole pan of a bowl. So it's about a cup a cup and a half of breadcrumbs and then parmesan cheese if you can get fresh parmesan cheese please go get some fresh Parmesan cheese. It makes a world of difference again the same amount of Parmesan cheese is it no it's a good punch, well it's a little spilled but it's okay and about 2 punches, so 2 handfuls of Parmesan cheese."
