"Hi this is Rich Buccola here in NYC and on behalf of Expert Village today we're going to show you some great comfort food and making meatloaf. So we have our chop meat in our bowl first thing we're going to do what I like to do is to get a good punch I don't know my mom always called it a punch that about a punch and put it in there and we're going to put some fresh pepper if you don't have fresh pepper just use some table pepper just give it a good amount of fresh pepper. So these are your spices very simple spices I'm also going to take some seasoning salt or some adobe if you have and just put a nice amount of seasoning salt again about a punch. I eyeball this stuff I made this so many times your going to get to see your going to eyeball this stuff cause it's just easier to do. I take one egg one egg the whole egg and put it in there it's going to bine with our breadcrumbs later and when I get back we're going to put this together as we make meatloaf here today great comfort food Expert Village making meatloaf."
