"Hi this is Rich Buccola here in NYC and on behalf of Expert Village today we're going to show you some great comfort food and making meatloaf. Sometimes when I do these videos for Expert Village I'm cooking and I always wash my hands first and I just want everyone to know is when you work with food always make sure you come to your sink and wash your hands before you get started, it's a good habit to get into. With that said the first thing your going to do is your working chop meat so make sure when your working with chop meat you always clean your hands. Whenever your working with raw meat make sure that your clean and you keep your surfaces clean you don't want to get salmonella. Salmonella could be really bad if you get it so the first thing we're going to do is take our chop meat out of the thing or plastic wrap here you just put right into the bowl. What I will do I will through it away right afterward so we're just going to put this all into our bowl and when I come back we're going to start to actually put this all together it's Expert Village time today with some comfort food meatloaf everybody we're going to have some good meatloaf I know your going to love it too, it's going to be some good stuff."
