"Hi this is Rich Buccola here in NYC and on behalf of Expert Village today we're going to show you some great comfort food and making meatloaf. Meatloaf first ingredient of course your going to need meat chopped meat don't buy the lean stuff I know it's healthier for you buy your going to want to base this keep it juicy. To do that your going to need the drippings from just ground beef you know you don't have to get a 95% lean get the stuff thats in a package that's family the economy family size. Whatever is good for you I'm going to use about 2 lbs today which should feed about a family of 4 to 6 people and they could have a really good meal. So the ingredients are going to be real simple for this it's just chop meat so how do you get fresh chop meat usually your butcher. Today I actually went to the supermarket which usually has your fresh meats you check the date that's a good to see if it's bad. But look at it to see if it's gray if it's gray it's not going to be good, smell it it shouldn't smell like anything if it has a bad smell it's not going to be good. So I usually go to the butcher and they usually know me by name cause I'm there 2 or 3 times a week but if you just have to go to the supermarket just make sure it looks nice and healthy and sense that it's color is red it's not grayish. Smell it make sure it doesn't smell like anything really if it smells bad you'll know it and that's bad chop meat and you don't want that so make sure you get some good fresh chop meat, that's the key ingredient to this meatloaf here in Expert Village.
