I know it is one of Americas great comfort food it's probably been around for as long as the depression that I know of cause of aunts telling me so. It was an inexpensive way to spice up or to jazz up you know chop meat which is very cheap even by todays standards its the cheapest of the meats. I guess people got tired of eating hamburgers and a way to constipated would be to just to spice it up a little bit. So today I'm going to show you my mother and my aunts recipe for good old fashion meatloaf."
