"Hi, this is Richard Buccola from New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make some spaghetti with meat sauce. So last thing before I got just a big Tupperware. This stuff would actually stay in the refrigerator for about 5 days so it is good for leftovers, late night snacks. Just pick the whole thing up and put into your Tupperware, close it, make sure it is air tight and put it in your fridge. Like I said it should last a good 5 days. It is good for snacks, late night snacks, it is great. I know some of these is not the most weight causations meals but they are great. I hope you enjoy them.
