"Hi, this is Richard Buccola from New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make some spaghetti with meat sauce. I'm back, I just add my grated cheese. I have another minute or so before my pasta is ready or before I at least check it. So what I tend to do is come over and start setting the table and basically this is a easy clean meal. Usually I'm cleaning up stuff before I go but since this meal is pretty much you know just 2 pots it cleans up itself and it is that easy to do. So when I get back we are going to add our pasta, check our pasta, add it and put it all together and have dinner. So I'm back. I just wanted to come in here to just check our pasta, it is after 6 or after 4 minutes I'm going to test it. I want it to be a little more firmer or almost crunchy cause it is going to cook inside there. I'm going to give it a taste, that is exactly the way I want it. It is firm, almost a little bit of a crunch, it is very al dente. So the time said 6 minutes I did it in 4. Come over here and get your mitt so you don't burn yourself. What I do is just dump into or colander, let it drain for a second. "
