"Hi! This is Richard Buccola from New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I am going to show you how to make some spaghetti with meat sauce. So here's your garlic. You can see it is getting hot so I am going to lower my flame to medium flame. Here is the great thing about that cutting board that I have been endorsing. Look, just rolled right in. How easy is that? These things are great. They are inexpensive. Go to the supermarket and pick yourself up a couple. Now you don't want this to really get brown. Just going to give it a quick shake and we are going to come back. As soon as that opens up, you want it to open up. You don't want it to brown, brown a little bit but you really don't. You see it browning too fast, just lower your flame. Going to get some water in this pot and get this going. Going to put in nice amount of water, couple of quarts. We are going to add some salt and little bit of oil to that so that the pasta doesn't stick and we are going to get this going. It's spaghetti with meat sauce. "
