"Hi! This is Richard Buccola from New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I am going to show you how to make some spaghetti with meat sauce. So I am back and I just want to tell you the ingredients. We are going to use a pound of thin spaghetti. Any pasta will work with this meal but today I am doing it with spaghetti so it is spaghetti with meat sauce. Then we are going to need some chopped meat. I don't drain the meat so I tend to get some sirloin or 85 to 90 percent leanness in your meat. This meat here is a 1 1/2 pounds. It is about honestly under $6. It is pretty cheap. This meal will serve about 6 to 7 people depending on the sizes of the servings. Again, you will need spaghetti, your beef, two 8 oz. cans of tomato sauce, some fresh garlic, seasoning salt, salt and pepper to taste, a little oregano and a little Parmesan cheese and then the trick is to use some fresh basil. I have some fresh basil that I grow right here on my tree. Those are my ingredients. "
