"This is Rich Buccola here in NYC and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make an inexpensive meal that my uncle use to call rigatoni aliyou. Alright so were back and while my sausage was still cooking I was actually able to get our pots that I was using on, cleaning my mess as I'm going on. It just keeps the kitchen nice easy to clean wiping down your stove and stuff so what you want to do now is just come over here and give this spaghetti, this Zitty a nice. Turn bring it from the bottom and fold it over look how beautiful that looks the mushrooms, the onions, the prosciutto it's really nice. So we still got to add our sausage so I'm just going to come over here with our sausage and just get my mit take a look at our sausage now, see how it looks. Take it off the heat and lower that heat and take a look, our sausage looks amazing so what I want to do now is just grab a piece of it. I going to put it right back in here as I do it just to make sure it's cooked. I'm going to cut it like into bite sizes like that you'll see it looks good on the inside. I'm just going to throw them back in for a second and what I want to do then I'm going to transfer all this sausage into here. Clean this pan take this whole pot out right to the dining room table add some parmesan cheese to it and that's it, that's dinner. So I come back you can keep helping me maybe I'll invite you guys to dinner too your hungry, its dinner time."
