"Hi, this is Richard Buccola here in New York City and on behalf of Expert Village, today I'm going to show you how to take all of that frozen pasta sauce that you have in your freezer and show you different ways to make some fast inexpensive pizza where you and the kids can have fun making it. We're back, you can see my grated cheese, I mean my grated Parmesan cheese, my mozzarella cheese. Oh my goodness, another topping is Parmesan cheese, grated cheese I mean. First bread we're going to do is a loaf of French bread that we have, just going to slice through the middle and we're going to brown it first so it has a nice crispy bread or crust. I'm just going to drizzle some olive oil and not being afraid to use it and I'm going to drizzle some on this one as well and if you follow me over to my oven, my oven has been preset to 350, from before we were making our Bruschetta. Real simple though, come on over, I'm just going to put our bread like so. Just some olive oil, in the oven, 7 to 10 minutes till it gets brown. You want it to be hard and crispy. The next thing we're going to do is get our English muffins. When we come back I'll show you the English muffins."
