"This is Rich Buccola here in NYC and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make an expensive meal that my uncle use to call rigatoni alleyou. So the ingredients for this dish you can use any pasta but rigatoni works real nice so lets just stick to that and say rigatoni. Your going to get a pound of rigatoni your going to need some olive oil extra virgin olive oil I had an onion that I used half the other day I'm going to use that. You can throw different things into this but today this is the way I'm going to make it your going to use some red onion some fresh mushrooms, some Bruschetto very little 1/4 pound will give you enough for a sandwich and enough for this meal. Your going to need some broccoli flowerets and I have 2 different kinds of sausages that I'm going to go in there with a sweet sausage, and I'm also going to go with a garlic and rosemary sausage which is nice. And thats it your going to put some salt and pepper to taste and your also going to use some grated cheese and that's our ingredients."
