"Hi this is Rich Buccola here in New York City and on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to show you how to take all of that frozen pasta sauce that you have in your freezer and show you different ways to make some fast inexpensive pizza where you and the kids can have fun making it. I'm back if you come closer we have our pita bread you see it's getting real nice and warm and color a nice brownness. Just want to turn it this side is actually done to show it to you I'm going to get that side brown check up on our oven bread which is not ready yet. This one I think this one is kind of ready so what I'm going to do I'm just going to take it out put it on one of these cutting boards that I have then I'm just going to cut it in diagonals into quarters. And that's how I actually make our bruschetta watch it if it's hot cause it will burn you and that's it these 4 like this come back over we'll show you how just show you how to plate this real simple."
