"Hi this is Rich Buccola here in New York City and on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to show you how to take all of that frozen pasta sauce that you have in your freezer and show you different ways to make some fast inexpensive pizza where you and the kids can have fun making it. You see how sometimes you get from the tomato you get almost like a juice what I like to do is just drain that a little bit so we don't have all that juice because were going to add the olive oil so just grab it like this and try to get rid of some of that juice by spilling it out. That's that get that juice out so that it isn't juicy you come back over here you get your olive oil going to need about a 1/2 of cup of olive oil in this. So if you wanted to measure it you just get one of these this is half of cup I believe yes it is, you would put a 1/2 of cup of olive oil. If it doesn't look like it needs more because it looks dry but you'll see this looks very wet and what your going to do is just let that marinade. That is your bruschetta it's pretty much done were going to add a little bit more salt and were going to add our fresh pepper now and that's it. Fresh pepper your olive oil and you'll see it it just looks and smells great to store it now when I come back I'll actually show you how to store it and we'll just get the bread ready."
