"Hi this is Rich Buccola here in New York City and on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to show you how to take all of that frozen pasta sauce that you have in your freezer and show you different ways to make some fast inexpensive pizza where you and the kids can have fun making it. We have our fresh basil I just took right from the plant just going to give it a rinse quick rinse to get any dirt or whatever and just put it in some paper towels. Just dry it off a little bit what I do then I just roll it up I take all of our fresh basil and I just try to roll it up as so, and what I do then is just clip off the tails there the stems. Roll it up I just slice it down like so and if one doesn't get cut well just again grab it roll it up and chop it. And that's your fresh basil that were going to add right to our bruschetta."
