You look for some nice big pieces and what you want to do is just pinch it right off the stem and I don't know were going to get about probably 6-8 good pieces and there is nothing better than fresh basil so if you can grow it definitely grow it. Its a nice thing to have especially in the winter time we don't get a lot of basil here or it's hard to get. Or you pay through you know what but I'm going to show you some ways to freeze this later and it's real simple I'm going to show you just one way to freeze it. Just here is your regular ice tray and what I do I put a couple of cloves in each tray and you'll see when I need basil then I just go to my I put them in my thing look here's a frozen basil right in the ice cube. It's good as the day I froze it and it stays let me tell you 6 months in the winter I'm using this basil."
