"Hi this is Rich Buccola here in New York City and on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to show you how to take all of that frozen pasta sauce that you have in your freezer and show you different ways to make some fast inexpensive pizza where you and the kids can have fun making it. So you see I have the garlic chopped up very very fine and all I'm doing is pushing it in and just keep chopping it back and forth as fast as I can. You don't have to do it fast just do your own thing if you see big chunks you just got to keep cutting it so when you get it cut down just going to add it right to your bruschetta nice and simple. When I come back I just want you to know that I'm going to add the basil and some olive oil and salt and pepper and that will be the bruschetta part will be done. You just put it in your freezer or refrigerators and it's done. Then were going to show you how to make some different variations of bread for it and that will be your bruschetta so when I come back I'll show you this nice fresh basil plant."
