"Hi this is Rich Buccola here in New York City and on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to show you how to take all of that frozen pasta sauce that you have in your freezer and show you different ways to make some fast inexpensive pizza where you and the kids can have fun making it. Here's your onion your just going to cut it in half I might only use a half of onion I like to I just use 3 tomatoes I had 4 only used 3 cause that will fill right up. I'm only going to use half of onion here I think that should be sufficient again just slicing with the lines of the onion turning the onion the other way coming straight down if you see some chunks are to big if the onion if there to big you think your not going to put big pieces, and that fine just get your tip and start chopping back and forth until it gets real fine. And if you do it fast enough you shouldn't cry when I get back we'll put all this together it's fresh bruschetta here on Expert Village."
