"Hi this is Rich Buccola here in New York City and on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to show you how to take all of that frozen pasta sauce that you have in your freezer and show you different ways to make some fast inexpensive pizza where you and the kids can have fun making it. First thing were going to do with our tomatoes is your going to take off your vine just take your tomatoes run them under some cold water. Real fast give them a good rinse clean them off were going to chop these up fine. Some people take the skins off to make there bruschetta I don't I don't see why you have to some people say it's better. I don't think it is I just think it's a lot more work for something that needs to be done your going to come over here to your chopping board though. Remember to keep your knuckles pointed in with your tips in so that the blade will always as you much back you won't cut your finger. Take the head off just maybe cut around real simple cut that head off just takes off that nasty part of the tomato put it straight down and what you want to do is just cut it right in half. Then take that flat part put it down and come once twice and just come straight through the tomato like this and then turn it grab it hold it keep your fingers in and nice and easy. You don't have to really press hard if your blade is good enough it will cut the tomato and just cut them into nice chunks. Then your just going to add that right into your bowl and your going to do that for all 4 tomatoes when I come back were going to start showing you how to put all this together. Its brushcetta it's great your going to cook it and your girls are going to like it guys so cook it for them and do it for football cause football rocks."
