"Hi this is Rich Buccola here in New York City and on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to show you how to take all of that frozen pasta sauce that you have in your freezer and show you different ways to make some fast inexpensive pizza where you and the kids can have fun making it. I'm here in New York City I cook sometimes here and in another kitchen both small kitchens in an apartment today the hard way your going to need for this bruschetta is real simple just a nice salad bowl just any type of bowl. Your going to need a couple of different knifes I use a tomato knife and then a butcher knife to cut my garlic just easier just the way I like whatever you think is good for you. A spoon to mix everything and a couple of plates and a cutting board I have a nice butcher cutting board if you don't have one even these types the plastic ones you can get it at the supermarket now there a couple of bucks. There very good to chop up to and what's great about it is when you cut it you just pick up your stuff and put it right in so these are pretty good as well. That's it for your basic bruschetta so when I come back I'm going to actually take these tomatoes and I'm going to start making it."
