"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in New York City. Today on behalf of Expert Village I?m going to show you how to make shrimp scampi. Alright we got our fresh parsley here just gonna grab a nice bunch of it like so. We need about two to three table spoons and then you might want to save some of this also for decoration. So we're just gonna grab a bunch and just gonna hold tight and just start chopping down and see it's very easy to cut. I don't like using the stems I leave the stems out and just chop back and forth with the knife. Remember all you want to do it put the point of your knife in front of what you are chopping and just life it up and down with your arm an and down motion. Raising the back of the knife and you will see it really easy to chop stuff and just push in look how small this cutting board is. You don't need a big cutting board you can do it right here if you know this is like my little kitchen right here. You can do it right before you go to work you can have all this prep at least you come home you buy the shrimp on the way home you get off the train you visit your seafood guy there at the market. And you get your shrimp and now you just got to come home and devein and de-scale your shrimp which will take you know two to three minutes. Then got dinner in less than you know ten minutes if you do this in the morning"
