"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here at New york City. Today on behalf of Expert Village I going to show you how to make shrimp scampi. Alright so when you order shrimp our beautiful shrimp it should be very easy to take a part. You just pull it that first shell from the top it comes right off. Then you go to the bottom and just pull that off and living the last part of the tail on which is right here. You'll see by just pulling that off the whole thing will come right off then like so. What I do is just throw those there, that's one way of getting the shell off. You can also actually take your paring knife ask you go in between the legs just give it a little cut straight down, you actually start to remove the vain and you will see that this shelf comes off very easily. Start to take off all your shells and when we come back we are gonna show you how to devein it. Remember though important leave that last piece of shell on the tail here just for holding is good for handling. And it makes I don't know my aunt always do that when we come back we are gonna devein them and de-scale them."
