"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in NYC and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make vegetable ribbon meatballs. So we got them looking great in the new pan. I put them in a new pan by the way so let's put some Hoisin sauce all over them. I'm going to use about another 1/3 cup of Hoisin sauce and I'm just going to really go at it I'm just going to try to get them all nice and coated. I'm also going to add some salt and pepper to this and pop it back in our oven for another 15 minutes at 350. So we have them all nice and touched with our brushed on with our Hoisin sauce and we're going to pop them right now back into the oven for another 15 minutes at 350. Come back in 15 minutes, they're going to be done, we're going to plate them. It's magic time here on Expert Village, my favorite part of the day. Look how nice these bad boys look, let's bring them over to our table and we'll plate them nice on our tray."
