"RICHARD BUCCOLA: Hi. This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today, on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make a Greek sausage and vegetable bake. All right, we're going to make a nice feta cheese with cream of celery soup, and it's real easy to do. We're going to get a medium flame underneath the skillet. Again, we did not clean this skillet. And what we're going to do just put a can of cream of celery soup in here, and again, like I said, we didn't clean up, man. We're going to use all those flavors from the sausage and the garlic and the scallion, it's going to be great. This soup is condensed, so we're going to add a cup of water. If your soup wasn't, don't worry, then you'd be fine. What you want to do is have a cream of celery soup, and then we'll just going to mix this through and get it hot, and then we'll going to add a little salt and pepper, and we'll going to add a quarter pound of fresh feta cheese. All right, our soup has been cooking about a minute. You see it's getting real nice. What I'll do then is just crumble in this beautiful feta cheese. I'm going to let that all cook up nice with it, and we're practically done. All right, we're also going to add some freshly ground pepper for taste and some salt. We're going to start to stir all these in until that feta cheese all melts down nice. Alright, I have this sauce where it's all creamy and nice. There are little pieces of the feta cheese, but it's really cooked out and it's really hearty. I tested it and made sure it has the right salt and pepper consistency. What I'm going to do is just look, very simply, I'm going to add it all to our bowl of sausage and all the rest of that combination. And, man, look at how beautiful that starting to look. All right, so that's that. We're going to mix that up. We're going to head it back over to the table. We'll going to fill our casserole dish, and get it ready for the oven.
