"RICHARD BUCCOLA: Hi, this Richard Buccola here in New York City, and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make a Greek sausage and vegetable bake. All right, let's chop up some garlic now, some nice fresh garlic. Alright, I just have my clove of garlic here, my clove. I'm going to take out--you see just by squeezing it, I can break it all apart. I'm going to use about three cloves today for this dish. I want to start by taking out the garlic out from its shell. And to do that, it's very simple, just use the butt end of the knife, give it a punch, and you'll see, the garlic comes right out of its shell. What you want to do is also take off that point because it's hard and you just want to get rid of it. It's where the stem was. All right, I'm just going to take my garlic and carefully slice one way and then just turn it like so, and slice it this way. And then we're going to do that same chopping motion we did with the onion. And what I'll do next then is I'll just put the point on the cutting board, start working the back of the knife up and down, chopping that garlic fine. You want to chop up all of your three cloves really fine so it's minced. All right, so you see I cut this garlic very, very fine. We're just going to add that to our bowl, and we're going to next start chopping up some celery."
