"Okay, now that I’ve drained my spaghetti and it’s sitting in the colander and most of the water is drained off, I’m going to pour it back into my spaghetti pan just like so. Make sure and get all the little pieces back in there. And remember it’s hot so it still could burn you so you kind of want to move a little quick because you don’t want it to overcook as it sits there or it will make it mushy. Now I’m going to add about a quarter cup of really good extra virgin olive oil. And the reason I want to do that is so I can coat each of the spaghetti strands and so also it’s going to give it a really great flavor. It’s also going to help keep it from sticking and all I’m doing with my tongs here is just making sure that everything gets a really good coating. Just want to make sure that you use the good olive oil for this because like I said it’s going to flavor your pasta. All right, now we look nice and coated on all of our spaghetti and we’re ready for our next step. "
