"Now that we've added our Italian parsley to our meatball mixture, I'm going to go ahead and add in 2 eggs. Eggs are a really good thing to add to the mixture because they act as a binder, and they also provide a little bit of fat to our mixture. I really like to add 2. I'm going to crack the eggs. I like to crack them into a separate bowls because sometimes you get a bad egg or a shell falls in and it's hard to find whenever it falls into a big mixture of things. I'm going to crack it into a bowl. I'm going to add one egg in here and I'm going to do the same thing to add in my second egg to this mixture."
