"Your first ingredient you're going to need is going to be ground pork that you see in the middle. Ground pork is a really great substitute for ground beef or to have it in addition to ground beef. It has a really nice flavor and typically its got a little bit of fat, which gives it a really great flavor. This ground pork that we've purchased today has a little bit of seasoning already in it. If you find that in your grocery store, it's a great way to cut a few steps and buy already seasoned ground pork. Ground veal is this product that you see right here. Veal is the younger version of beef, so it's a little bit more tender. Its got a little bit less flavor. It's not as strong of a flavor, but it's really a flavor so it pairs really well with beef, and it's typically really tender. Its got a great flavor. Ground beef is this product that we have right here. Today we're using extra lean ground beef. We're using extra lean because our ground pork has got a little bit more fat in it. Ground beef comes in different layers of fat. You can buy 80, 20. You can buy 94-6, which is what we have here. You can also find ground chuck or ground sirloin. There's different ways you can buy ground beef."
