"Now I've got my bread all nice and cubed up. What I am going to do is actually flavor our bread and make sure it has a nice flavor. And we are going to start by doing this with some Extra Virgin Olive Oil and I am going to put about 1/2 to 3/4 cup of olive oil onto my bread here. And again, you want Extra Virgin Olive Oil and you want to make sure that the flavors are nice and good. I am going to season my bread with some fresh salt, Kosher salt actually. This is really good. And the last thing I am going to add is some garlic. Again, this is just a chance for us to flavor our bread and make sure that it has a good flavor. Now this also makes really great croƻtons and I've got three cloves of garlic. Again, you want to make sure that when you do this that you've got the garlic sliced pretty well because you don't want any one piece of garlic to burn and ruin the flavor of any of your bread and you also don't want someone to take a bite of it and have just a pure piece of garlic in there because that's not good either. Alright I've got it almost cut up here and I am going to add it to the pan and now all we are going to do with our hands is toss it all together. You may lose one, you can come pick it up later. "
