"Now it's time for us to add our cilantro. A lot of people like to add their cilantro while they're cooking the other ingredients. You can do that if you like, but I prefer the taste of fresh cilantro. It's such a nice, fresh, clean taste. That's why I'm adding it in later. Again, if you prefer to have it cooked, go ahead and put it in with your other ingredients whenever you boil it. For this amount of sauce that we're making, I'm only going to need about half of a bunch of cilantro. The good thing about cilantro too is that it's really cheap. It's like 50 cents a bunch. You can actually even eat the stems on the cilantro. They're not as woody as other things, like say for example, Italian parsley. I'm just going to run my knife through. I'm just going to do more of a rough chop, because remember we are going to put hits in the blender and it's going to blend up and crush for us. I've got a good handful of the cilantro and I'm going to place it into my blender and get that going. I'm going to do it on low just to kind get everything incorporated. Perfect."
