To do this, the ingredients that you're going to need include tomatillos, cilantro, white onion, lime, garlic cloves, jalapeños, green onion, vegetable oil, chili powder pepper, salt, oregano, ground cumin, chicken breast, corn tortillas, Monterey jack cheese, tomatoes, sour cream, iceberg lettuce, and low sodium chicken broth. The equipment that you're going to need to make this dish include a sheet pan, a pan to put your enchiladas in, a cutting board, a knife, mixing bowls, a plate with paper towels on top of it, a box grader, a blender, tongs, a sauté pan, a sauce pan, and 2 pots for boiling."
