"Now we're going to demonstrate how to pan fry and we've chosen a fish fillet that we're going to use and what we want to do in pan frying is I don't want to use a whole lot of oil. And what I use was a little bit of canola oil along with some clarified butter so I'm using a non stick Teflon saute pan and we're going to lower that into the pan there. And we got a little of the sizzle to start with what we're going to do is just get a sear essentially we're kind of using a searing technique on this as well. But it's actually pan frying that we're doing and we're going to sear it on both sides and it's the thinner fillet so it's going to be done about the time we finish the second side and we'll show you what the finish product looks like. Alright so we finished the second side of our pan frying fish fillet I'm going to take the pan off the heat and that is our fillet with a golden brown color on both sides and that is pan fry."
