" Hi! I'm Louis Ortiz on behalf of Expert Village and I'm back to show you some fried cat fish that we have breaded already I have showed you in a previous video the breading procedure. So the difference being in these pieces is that I flour, milk, and egg wash is the second part flour being the first obviously and the third I used a seasoned cornmeal mixed pieces and on the third step for these pieces I used seasoned bread crumbs which is a garlic and egg mixture. Both of these final beadings where store bought and just poured right out of the bag into a bowl so they are nice and easy. So I'm going to go ahead and pop the lid open on my counter top fryer here which I got set just a little bit below 375. Fish is a whole as the protein doesn't require a long cooking time anyway and that is nice because we don't the fish floating around the oil any longer then it has to. So I'm going to put in a couple of these pieces 3 actually from the bread crumb and I'm going to put this down here so I could show you the before and after. And there is the cornmeal mix and drop these in and because they are cut in smaller pieces and they are relatively the same size they are going to require the same amount of cooking time which won't be long at all. So we will come right back and I will show you once they are done what they are going to look like and we would see a before and after on the finished product. "
