"Hi! I’m Louis Ortiz on behalf of Expert Village and we’re back showing you the finished products of the homemade chicken stock that we started in some previous videos. This has been strained to the final time, a nice golden color not incredibly cloudy we don’t want to have that kind of consistency to it, it should still have some clarity in that sense. A real nice rich smell coming off of it that encase the vegetables and the chicken that we used, you should be able to smell those in addition to the subtle hints of the fresh herbs that we put in the sachet as we prepare this and again we showed you that in another video as well. So that’s the finished product, that’s our homemade chicken stock and now we can use this for base for a multitude of different soups and sauces as well and we’ll show you how to execute this stuff in those recipes and in some other videos."
