"All right, so it's finally time to make the dessert. Now yes, you could bake something and have that for dessert. Or you could forgo that complicated process altogether, and do something really simple and yet very romantic - some chocolate-dipped strawberries. So here I'm coarsely chopping--got some dark Belgian chocolate. And because this dish, this dessert rather, is so simple, you really want to use good ingredients. Don't go melting chocolate chips, unless they're very good quality chocolate chips. None of that baking chocolate, you want to get really, really good chocolate, and some really nice strawberries. I've got some organic strawberries. And once it's as finely chopped as you can go, and you'll see that I'm using--a serrated knife is much easier, because, particularly when this started, when I started on this, this was a big block of chocolate. So, that's pretty finely coarsely chopped, with the help of the serrated knife, and I'm going to take it over to the stove, because I'm going to set up a double boiler."
