"This may be date night at home, but there's no reason you can't bring another little piece of the restaurant home as well. You can see I'm cutting a French baguette here, because I'm just going to make a bread basket, because I don't know about you but I don't make myself a little bread basket every time I go sit down to have a meal. I'm just slicing it on the diagonal with a bread knife, or a serrated knife. And I've taken my linens that I'm going to be using for this evening are cream-colored, so I decided to line--the same one as my napkins, just keep that, line the basket just like that. Just casually put it in like that. And now, another option too, you can do, is if you want to really carefully lay your bread out, you can also--a lot of these ritzy restaurants will put in flatbread as well. Just pick out a few pieces of flatbread and arrange it nicely. So casually arranged, so that it looks like no thought went into it at all and yet, each piece is gingerly placed into the basket, and there you go. So, and I'm going to serve that--Italian restaurants, I find, rather than butter, they'll often have some balsamic vinegar and olive oil. So I'm just going to get a little dish for the table, and I'm going to put a little bit of the balsamic vinegar and some olive oil, and then we can dip our bread in; pretend like we're at an Italian restaurant. I'm going to take this to the table."
